Why I think my Human Capital is Unique:
·
Thought Process: I think the way in which I process and
analyze situations and ideas that are presented to me is incredibly
interesting. Initially there’s just so much going through my head and different
ideas that stem off what’s presented to me and it’s funny to see how jumbled up
it can get if I’m not patient because when I try to talk immediately about
those ideas or topics my train of thought is seemingly all over the place
however to me it makes perfect sense. This might sound like a really annoying
habit, however, when I do take the time to think about what’s presented to me I
end up thinking of perspectives that many people would have passed up.
·
Attitude: I find myself being incredibly positive
in even the direst situations when many, if not all, of my friends would be convinced
to give up.
·
Communication: I have a really good ability to
communicate with people and come to agreements. I’m great at making sure that
those I’m in communication with will agree with what I have to say or finding a
way to come to a compromise.
·
Goofy: In a lot of situations I’m a very goofy kid. I’m very
lighthearted and I like to make light of situations when it’s applicable. I try
not to see the negative in things and I try to make all of my friends laugh
whenever I’m with them.
·
Perseverance: I do anything in my ability to make sure
I always succeed in situations that are presented to me no matter what it is.
My Cross Country team in high school was a joke my freshman year and with my
teammates we trained as hard as possible and ended up winning a state
championship my senior year of high school. Ever since I was young I always
wanted to go to UF and I made sure throughout my life I set myself up to be in
a good position to get admitted and now I am here.
Interview 1: Kyle

- I think that Kyle's information is accurate. It's synonymous with a lot of the information I received from other people and I agree that I am a pretty straightforward person. Kyle's interview really helped a lot.
Interview 2: Ryan
https://soundcloud.com/mvtt_rxxf/interview-2-ryan
- Ryan's information was a little different than others in my interview group. He focused a lot on my emotional capabilities and confidence and this trend continued throughout the interviews. i agree a lot with Ryan's words.
Interview 3: John
https://soundcloud.com/mvtt_rxxf/interview-3-john
- John Gall said a lot of interesting things that were very similar to what Ryan said. I do agree with what both of them have said. I really like this because my friends are giving me a lot of kind words.
Interview 4: Vincent
https://soundcloud.com/mvtt_rxxf/interview-4-vincent
- Vincent started focusing a lot of how my assets will apply in the real world. I really like his perspective on these questions. They really gave me confidence because I'm always concerned with how I'm going to perform in the real world.
Interview 5: Christian
https://soundcloud.com/mvtt_rxxf/interview-5-christian
- Christian really focused on my drive and perseverance. This is something that I focused on in what I said as one of my aspects of Human Capital. I think Christian is pretty accurate with his claims.
Reflection:
I think that a lot of what I said matches up with what my interviewees have said. I really liked this whole process because it really showed me that I am in touch with myself to some extent. A lot of what my interviewees said were things that I also focused upon and I don't think it's necessary for me to update my initial words in Part 1.
Hey Matthew, I also had similarities regarding what I see in myself and how others view me. I believe that it is very important for both to be similar because if you end up showing your actions and abilities in the real world, people will take notice to that. I have also learned a lot about myself while this doing assignment.
