1) Tenaciousness is a competency. A
lot of keeping up with this class is time management and proactivity. If you
want to make sure that you are doing everything well and on time you need to be
proactive about all of your blog posts and make sure that you are doing them
early enough to put good work into the posts.
2) Tenaciousness is also about
attitude. There were a few weeks where I kind of put off
the blog posts until the last minutes and really wanted to do something instead
of write the posts. I was considering just taking a bad grade and just not turning
them in because there is so many blog posts I figured it couldn’t really hurt
too much. However, I decided I should just do the blog posts because in all
reality they are very doable under pressure and I wouldn’t have enjoyed the
feeling knowing that I had the ability to do the posts but I chose not to
because I was lazy.
3) Three tips. A great
tip is to utilize the Canvas Calendar. If you check it regularly and recognize
the schedule of the course it is almost impossible to miss an assignment based
on an accidental situation. Another great tip is to do all of your assignments
in Microsoft Word to make sure your blog posts are formatted at least somewhat
neat. A last tip would be to read the news and keep up with current events, especially
involving economics, so that you can be constantly involved with the current
market.
